I go to the grocery store a lot during lunch as it sits in a strip mall near my house and is right near a lot of things that are convenient. Its a Winn Dixie, which by the way I was buying Hannah Max cookies there but then something happened and they no longer carry them. Anyways, I often do a little retail therapy from work at the grocery store, which has me wandering down aisles at lunch, which is always a bad idea to go hungry to a grocery store. One thing that I have been doing a lot of is I look for BOGO on items that I would have bought otherwise, and on my way home I usually give the get one free item to the older homeless guys that are on most street corners these days. Love your cookies and I wish you could get better distribution to South Florida.

I run a small church choir of mostly adults with disabilities and senior citizens. In my choir it doesn't matter if you can't read, can't walk or can't think like everyone else. I get to watch a group of people who are often told to "shut up" or their opinions don't matter finally have the opportunity to perform and speak up on how their choir is run. They are such wonderfully *sweet* people and I can only imagine how happy they would be if I showed up one week with cookies for everyone! :)

Everyday I look for ways I can be sweet to people. Whether it be open a door for a someone, letting someone cut me in the grocery line if they have just a few items or a crying baby or rambunctious kids and you can tell the mom or dad is ready to go. I believe being sweet is something we can do everyday and it doesn't really take much effort to make someone smile and that could make their day. I try to just smile every day because I want everyone to see that I am a sweet approachable person.

I went out for lunch today with a group of friends who are kinda high class and I helped an older gentleman who was having trouble with just about everything so I helped him with his tray, got his sauces and his drink and ended up having lunch with him and my friends. Turns out he's a WW2 vet who just lost his wife and was having her favorite meal for the first time since her passing and that made an impact talking about loved ones and how time flies by.
